Superb performance for Tanguy in Schladming’s SL nocturne finishing in a good 10th place after two solid runs.

Further proof that Tanguy is working “better” and going in the right direction mentally to set foot on his first slalom world cup podium. He was able to execute his plan by completing two runs in a “new” mode of execution/attitude: staying focused during the entire course, quickly eliminating all “interfering” thoughts, and finally shortening as often as possible the path between gates in “4×4” mode.

We also notice that his novel HEAD equipment suits him better and better.

The 2022 Olympic dream has evaporated, but there is more and more pleasure in seeing him mastering demanding and selective world cup slalom tracks.
