Fantastic performance by Tanguy Nef and Alexis Monney in the men’s combined team event at the Alpine Ski World Championships in Saalbach, Austria, on February 12, 2025.

What a pleasure and joy to experience such an exceptional moment by winning a medal at the world championships, a first for someone from Geneva!

Winning it as a team/duo with Alexis Monney, a pure downhill skier also from French-speaking Switzerland, combined with the fact that Switzerland won all three medals (gold for Loïc Meillard with Franjo von Allmen, silver for Tanguy and Alexis, and bronze for Marc Rochat and Stefan Rogentin) adds to the joy. It was a MAGNIFICENT DAY.

We hope to see these successful duos again at the Olympic Games in February 2026 in Milan/Cortina. The date is set.
